This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, access our products, or use our digital tools such as the MediMentor AI assistant, our Continuing Education (CEU) services, or our medical devices, including the GEORGE Feedback System Front-Wheeled Walker (FWW).

MediMentor is a digital assistant trained on the founder’s general knowledge and publicly available information. It is hosted on OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform and subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

We do not collect or store your AI chat data. MediMentor is intended for informational and educational purposes only and should not be used for:

• Making medical decisions
• Submitting personal health information
• Replacing professional, legal, or clinical advice

4. GEORGE Feedback System Disclaimer

The GEORGE Feedback System FWW is designed to support proper front-wheeled walker use by providing real-time feedback that may reinforce safer habits. However, no device can guarantee fall prevention.

Disclaimer:

• The GEORGE Feedback System does not claim to prevent falls. It is intended to assist as part of a broader fall prevention strategy. Formal studies are underway to evaluate its effectiveness. We are actively collecting fall report data from pilot facilities to compare with pre-intervention periods. Results will vary depending on usage environment, compliance, and individual risk factors.

5. CEU Courses

As of August 2025, MediTerry Inc. offers one Continuing Education (CEU) course for Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists. We are actively working toward CE sponsor approval in Illinois and intend to release additional courses in the future. All CEU content is designed for educational purposes only and does not substitute for clinical training or licensure requirements.
